Water of Leith Walkway - Sunday 5th July

Just thought I would share with you some of the delights of the Water of Leith walkway between the quaint Dean Village and Roseburn. It was a hot, sunny day and the walk had so much lush greenery. Everything just seems to be that little bit more perfect when the sun comes out.

RBGE: twinkling glitter

We regularly visit the Botanics to keep up to date with what's going on in the grove where we're going to get married. Everytime we go there are new plants and colours. It's more lush at this time of the year. This bank along side the grove was particularly stunning after it had rained that morning because all of the drops on the leaves started to twinkle like glitter with the light. It was beautiful.
